Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Expedited shipping in the United States is complementary for all of our dresses.  At the moment, we are only selling to customers in the United States, with intentions in the future to expand to shipping internationally.  You will be provided a tracking number once the product has shipped so that you will be able to monitor the product’s arrival.

Returns

Our policy for return authorization lasts 15 days from the date of shipment. If 15 days have gone by since your product has shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all associated packaging and extras.

Return Shipping

To begin the return process, please send us an email at customerservice@liliesofthefield.com.  From there, we will provide return instructions and a free return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If we have authorized a refund to be processed and you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.  Then, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@liliesofthefield.com and will be happy to check on the potential issue.

Exchanges

As our dresses run in limited supply, any exchanges will have to be handled on a case by case basis.  If you need to exchange the dress for a different size, please send us an email at customerservice@liliesofthefield.com first.  The exchange can only be processed once the returned dress is received and inspected.  In the case that the dress size you would like to exchange for is no longer in stock, a refund will be provided once the returned dress has been received and inspected.
